Pricing and Fees
Ticket prices and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout. Platform fees, service fees, convenience fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made using approved payment methods. If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, the related ticket order may be canceled or suspended.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and related requests are subject to the applicable Refund Policy and any event-specific conditions imposed by the organizer.
Event Changes
Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by the organizer. Aftertix is not responsible for such changes unless otherwise stated.
Platform Role
Aftertix acts as a ticketing platform and intermediary for event organizers unless expressly stated otherwise. Aftertix does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or actual delivery of any event conducted by third-party organizers.
Ticket Validity and Unauthorized Channels
Tickets purchased through unauthorized, unapproved, or third-party resale channels may be invalid and may be denied entry or canceled without refund.
Ticket Use Restrictions
Tickets may not be copied, duplicated, resold without authorization, transferred in breach of event rules, or used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Admission Rights
Admission to an event is subject to the rules, policies, and decisions of the event organizer and venue operator. Entry may be refused for non-compliance with their requirements.
User Duty to Review Event Details
Users are responsible for checking event details, including date, time, venue, age restrictions, and other conditions, before completing a purchase.
Anti-Fraud and Purchase Monitoring
Aftertix reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or limit transactions, accounts, or ticket orders that appear suspicious, abusive, automated, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
One Account and Fair Use
Users must not create multiple accounts or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to bypass limits, manipulate purchases, or obtain unfair access to tickets.
User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, upload harmful content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, and software on Aftertix remain the property of Aftertix or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aftertix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for losses arising from event cancellations, organizer actions, venue decisions, payment provider issues, or user misuse of the platform.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aftertix from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Privacy
Use of the platform is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination
Aftertix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or services at its discretion where fraud, abuse, breach of policy, or operational risk is detected.
Changes to Terms
Aftertix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
