Refund Policy

At Aftertix, we aim to process refund requests fairly and efficiently. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing tickets through our platform.

Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the ticket is issued. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Method

All refunds will only be made to the original payment method used during purchase. For example, if the ticket was purchased using a credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to the same card. Refunds cannot be redirected to another card, bank account, wallet, or payment channel.

Platform Fee is Non-Refundable

All platform fees, service fees, convenience fees, and payment processing fees are strictly non-refundable, even if a ticket refund is approved.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must fill in the Contact Us form and provide the necessary details, including the order number and purchase information. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay the review process.

No Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not allowed. Refund requests will only be considered for the full order or full ticket purchase, subject to this policy.

Used or Invalid Tickets

Tickets that have already been used, scanned, redeemed, transferred, or are no longer valid are not eligible for refund.

Event Status

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, any refund eligibility will be subject to the event organizer's policy and instructions. Aftertix reserves the right to process such cases in accordance with the organizer's directions.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Verification and Approval

All refund requests are subject to review and verification. Aftertix reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents before approving any refund.

Right to Reject Requests

Aftertix reserves the right to reject any refund request if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, violation of terms, or if the request does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.

No Refund After Event Starts

No refund request will be accepted once the event has started, even if the 24-hour refund period has not yet expired.
